Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a GrowLytics account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use GrowLytics.

2. Service Description

GrowLytics provides URL indexing submission, SEO analysis, site audit, and indexing verification services. We submit your URLs to search engines via their official APIs on your behalf.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use GrowLytics only for legitimate websites you own or are authorized to manage. You may NOT use GrowLytics to:

• Submit URLs for websites you do not own or have no authority over
• Attempt to index spam, malware, or illegal content
• Abuse the Google Indexing API in ways that violate Google's Terms of Service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the GrowLytics platform
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent credit limits

4. Credits & Payments

Credits are purchased in advance and consumed per action. Credits are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. Credits do not expire.

6. Service Availability

We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance. We are not liable for losses due to temporary service unavailability.

7. Google API Compliance

By connecting your Google Search Console, you authorize GrowLytics to use the Google Indexing API and URL Inspection API on your behalf. Your use must comply with Google's API Terms of Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Unused credits are not refunded upon voluntary account deletion.

9. Limitation of Liability

GrowLytics' liability is limited to the amount of credits you have paid for in the last 30 days. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative damages.
