Refund Policy

GrowLytics offers automatic credit refunds for failed or blocked submissions — and a 7-day satisfaction refund for purchased credit packs under specific conditions.

1. Automatic Credit Refunds

The following situations result in an automatic credit refund — no request needed:

2. Credit Pack Refunds (Purchased Credits)

We offer a 7-day satisfaction refund on purchased credit packs under these conditions:

Credit packs that have been substantially used (more than 20% consumed) are not eligible for refund. We cannot refund credits that have already been used for URL submissions, GSC inspections, SEO analyses, or site audits.

3. What Is NOT Refundable

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a credit pack refund, email us at support@grow-lytics.com with:

We respond within 48 business hours. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

5. Credit Expiry

GrowLytics credits never expire. You can purchase credits today and use them 2 years from now. This is by design — we don't want you to feel pressured to use credits before an arbitrary deadline.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

We review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you experienced a genuine technical failure on our end that wasted your credits and wasn't covered by the automatic refund system, contact us and we'll make it right.
